মেঘপাই-এর শর্তাবলী
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ:
মেঘপাই-এর যেকোনো পণ্য, পরিষেবা বা সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার কিংবা ক্রয়ের পূর্বে দয়া করে নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী মনোযোগসহ পড়ে নিন। আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন বলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশের সাথে একমত না হন, তবে আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে বিরত থাকার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
এই শর্তাবলী Meghpy এবং এর ব্যবহারকারীর মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি। এখানে Meghpy হল সেবাপ্রদানকারী এবং আপনি হচ্ছেন গ্রাহক বা ব্যবহারকারী।
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করা, পণ্য অর্ডার করা কিংবা আমাদের কোনো পরিষেবা ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে একমত বলে বিবেচিত হবেন। এই শর্তাবলী সমস্ত ব্যবহারকারী, বিক্রেতা, ক্রেতা, মার্চেন্ট এবং কনটেন্ট কন্ট্রিবিউটরদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলীতে সংশোধন আনতে পারি এবং আপনি যেকোনো সময় আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে এসব আপডেটের বিষয়ে অবগত হতে পারবেন। আপনার সেবা গ্রহণের ধারাবাহিকতায় শর্তাবলীতে করা যেকোনো পরিবর্তনে আপনার সম্মতি থাকবে বলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে।

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত যেকোনো পণ্যের মূল্য এবং স্টক পরিস্থিতি পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল। যদি কোনো পণ্য অর্ডারের সময় স্টকে না থাকে, তবে আমরা দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে আপনাকে জানাবো এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবো। আপনি ইচ্ছা করলে বিকল্প পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে পারেন অথবা আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী অর্থ ফেরত পেতে পারেন।
পণ্যের মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। আপনার অর্ডার জমা দেওয়ার পর যদি কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হয়, তবে আমরা আপনাকে সে সম্পর্কে অবহিত করবো এবং আপনি সেই অনুযায়ী সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারবেন। Meghpy যে কোনো সময় কোনো সেবা, পণ্য বা অফার বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
ধারা ২ – পণ্য
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যসমূহ শুধুমাত্র অনলাইনে কেনার জন্য উপলব্ধ। আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি যাতে পণ্যের রঙ, আকার এবং অন্যান্য বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলো সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শিত হয়। তবে, ডিভাইসের সেটিংস বা স্ক্রিনের কারণে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের রঙ বা বৈশিষ্ট্যে কিছুটা ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা গ্যারান্টি দিতে পারি না যে পণ্যটি সাইটে প্রদর্শিত ছবির সঙ্গে সম্পূর্ণ মিল থাকবে।
যদি কোনো পণ্যের বিবরণ বা বৈশিষ্ট্যের সঙ্গে আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের অমিল পাওয়া যায়, তবে আপনি আমাদের ফেরত ও প্রতিস্থাপন নীতি অনুযায়ী পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
ধারা ৩ – সঠিক বিলিং এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য প্রদান
Meghpy যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। একই গ্রাহক বা পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির ক্ষেত্রে একাধিক অর্ডার দিলে তা বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে। অর্ডার বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে ইমেল বা ফোনের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, যেকোনো অর্ডার করার সময় আপনি সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ বিলিং তথ্য প্রদান করবেন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্যও সঠিক এবং আপডেট রাখার প্রয়োজন রয়েছে যাতে আমরা সঠিকভাবে সেবা প্রদান করতে পারি।
একই ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেল আইডি ব্যবহার করে একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা যাবে না। একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে অর্ডার করা হলে, সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
ধারা ৪ – ডিসকাউন্ট
ডিসকাউন্ট, কুপন কোড বা প্রোমো কোড শুধুমাত্র একবার ব্যবহার করা যাবে। ডিসকাউন্ট প্রাপ্ত পণ্যগুলো ফেরত, রিফান্ড বা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়, যদি না বিশেষ শর্ত উল্লেখ থাকে। একই ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেল ব্যবহার করে একাধিকবার ডিসকাউন্ট গ্রহণ করলে সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
ধারা ৫ – তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক
কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক বা সেবা প্রদর্শন করতে পারি। তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক ব্যবহার করলে এর মাধ্যমে উদ্ভূত কোনো সমস্যার জন্য Meghpy দায়ী থাকবে না। তাদের শর্তাবলী এবং নীতিমালা সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরই আপনি লেনদেন করতে পারেন।
ধারা ৬ – ভুল তথ্য এবং ত্রুটি
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে মাঝে মাঝে ভুল তথ্য থাকতে পারে, যেমন পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য, প্রমোশন, অফার বা স্টক সম্পর্কিত ত্রুটি। আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই ভুলগুলো সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
যদি ভুলবশত কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য অস্বাভাবিকভাবে কম বা বেশি দেখানো হয়, এবং আপনি সেই পণ্যের অর্ডার করেন, আমরা সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি এবং আপনাকে রিফান্ড প্রদান করবো।
ধারা ৭ – অর্ডার বাতিল
আমরা সবসময়ই আসল এবং মানসম্পন্ন পণ্য সরবরাহে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। তবে, যদি কোনো পণ্যের গুণগত মান আমাদের যাচাইকরণের সময় সন্তোষজনক না হয়, তাহলে আমরা সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি। এছাড়াও, কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
ধারা ৮ – নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার
যেসব কারনে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যাবহারে নিষেধাজ্ঞা রয়েছে, নিম্নে তা বর্ননা করা হলোঃ
- অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে সাইট বা সেবা ব্যবহার করা।
- আইন লঙ্ঘনের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা।
- অন্যের মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন করা।

- ভাইরাস বা ক্ষতিকর কোড আপলোড করা।
- অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা।
- স্প্যামিং বা ফিশিং কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
এই নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রমের কোনোটি করলে Meghpy আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

However, due to screen settings or device differences, the displayed color or features may vary slightly from the actual product. We cannot guarantee that the product will match the image shown on the site exactly.
If there is any discrepancy between the product description and the product you purchased, you may return the product as per our Return and Replacement Policy.

Meghpy reserves the right to cancel any order. Multiple orders placed under the same customer or payment method may be subject to cancellation. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when placing any order. Your account information must also be accurate and updated so that we can provide services properly.
Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number or email ID is not allowed. Orders placed from such accounts may be canceled.
Section 4 – Discounts
Discounts, coupon codes, or promo codes can only be used once. Discounted products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless otherwise specified. If multiple discounts are availed using the same phone number or email, the order may be canceled.

Section 6 – Errors and Inaccuracies

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price and you place an order for it, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
